Please note that the Natural Harmony Centre has a cancellation policy that applies to all missed appointments.
As the Centre continues to get busier, to have appointments booked in the diary coupled with a waiting list for some therapists, we feel it is unfair to all concerned not to manage this aspect of our business. As a result clients and therapists alike will benefit from better service and lower prices.
We have introduced an automated service that sends clients a short text message (SMS) as a reminder of their appointment 2 days before it is due. This service includes the ability to advise us of any cancellations or amendments required at that time. This is a service provided free of charge by the Natural Harmony Centre.
We have also introduced a cancellation policy that potentially will charge for appointments that are not kept. The amount charged depends on the amount of notice given according to the following:
- No show &/or less than 12 hours notice - 100% of the appointment fee.
- Between 12 to 24 hours notice - 50% of the appointment fee.
- More than 24 hours notice - no charge.
With more that 24 hours notice it may be possible to re-fill a booking but if you can give us more notice it would be appreciated.
